Staffing Consultants at PrideStaff are part of an internal sales, recruiting, and staffing team. Our new Staffing Consultant will also manage all social media tactics driving our business.

Job Duties :

Building a career as a Staffing Consultant at PrideStaff includes the following sales, staffing and recruiting duties :

• Create great experiences by matching the right candidates with the right jobs
• Manage and direct all social media strategy and tactics including Facebook, Snapchat and Instagram.
• Achieve recruiting and sales targets
• Utilize various recruiting approaches and recruiting tools including online, networking, direct recruiting and generating recruiting referrals
• Ensure quality staffing placements through detailed interviewing and evaluations
• Develop sales with a relationship-based sales approach
• Document all sales, recruiting and staffing activity in CRM

Job Requirements :

Professionals with varied backgrounds have built successful sales, recruiting and staffing careers within PrideStaff. The following experiences, education help create success :

• An aptitude for sales
• Tech savvy and good data entry skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Team player, positive attitude and a passion for helping others
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
• English language skills suitable for a business setting are required, bi-lingual Spanish speaking candidates also preferred.

Compensation :

In addition to base salary and participation in our Pridestaff performance bonus incentive program, Pridestaff offers medical benefits and an option to participate in our 401k retirement savings plan.
